Major Grants, Large Grants and Small Grants
(references beginning MA03, LG03, SM03)
This page contains information relevant to those awarded Copus
grants in response to applications lodged for the closing date on
10 November 2003, who were notifed of the success of their applications
in Spring 2004. |
For Major, Large and Small
Grants:
Reporting requirements:
Please remember that an interim report is due every six
months from the date of the offer of the grant and it
is your responsibility as grant holder to maintain that timetable:
- Small and Large Grants: April and October each year
- Major Grants: a report should be provided through your mentor
For guidance, the report should consist of a brief account of
progress to date, and anticipated progress over the next six months,
including a financial summary. It should refer to the objectives
and milestones set out in the original application, and should
outline the costs spent to date, in particular those allocated
to the Copus grant. The report should be a maximum of two sides
of A4 in length, including the financial statement. We would prefer
to receive it by email, though postal replies are also acceptable.

When your project has finished:
When your project has finished, please complete and return the
together with:
- The Final Report Form:
- The report of the evaluation of your project.
Please summarise the results of your evaluation in the Final
Report Form. The report of the evaluation need not be specially
written for us; if you have written an evaluation report for
another funder or for internal purposes, that will suffice,
providing the report covers the evaluation of the project funded
by the grant.
- Copies of any press releases and press clippings.
- Samples of any publicity and other printed materials produced
as part of the project.
The Final Report Form is a summary of your project outcomes that
ensures we gather key evaluation data, which is verified and detailed
in your main evaluation report.
We will review the Final Report Form and other materials against
the Application Form and any intermediate correspondence. If the
Final Report Form is completed to our satisfaction, and includes
evidence that your project has met the objectives set out in your
original application, then we will arrange for the second and final
installment (the balance of what you have spent up to the limit
of the grant) to be paid.
